Shipping costs are based on 1st class post to destinations within the UK
mainland and are included in the listed price. We aim to dispatch all
items on the day the order is placed (if received before 3pm), except for weekends and bank holidays, and you will receive an email
confirming it has been sent. In general, orders will arrive 2 to 5 days
after dispatch but please allow up to 14 days before hitting the panic
button.
RETURNS
All items are checked for quality before dispatch. In the event of
damage or loss during shipping, or you are not satisfied for some other
reason, please get in touch with us via the "Contact Us"
form or by using the email address, "salesATukpapermodelsDOTcom",
giving complete order details and a description of the problem. In most
cases, on return of the item, we will offer the choice of a refund or
replacement. Please note, we can only refund or replace an item if it
has been returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. If the
kit has been started before reporting a fault, we retain the right to
refuse a refund or replacement.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
If you wish to place an order
for a destination outside mainland UK, please do not use
the shopping cart. Instead, please use the "Contact
Us" form or the email address mentioned above.
Include the details of the item(s) you wish to order and your
shipping address. We will then send a reply with the price including any
adjusted shipping costs. This email will also contain
instructions on how to pay via PayPal.
